We’re so incredibly grateful to the College Media Association for their support and to our amazing advisor, Professor Sendin, for her constant guidance. After presenting on flash fiction—a storytelling technique often used by scriptwriters to outline their scripts—we explored Washington, D.C., and admired its beautiful landmarks. This trip was definitely monumental. 🏛️🧡

We are incredibly grateful to Janet W. Lee for her wonderful tour of NPR! After presenting alongside her at the MediaFest National Media Convention on the NPR Podcast Challenge, we had the opportunity to step inside the very studios used by NPR hosts on air and explore the tools producers use for sound design. One of the highlights of our trip was seeing the iconic Tiny Desk—where artists from Bad Bunny to Billie Eilish have performed!
